Five things I thought about during my morning run:

1. Heat. Water. Sweat. Breath.

2. Discovery of Witches. FANTASTIC book.

3. Pesto. I made it last night for dinner. The house still smells of it. My fingers hold the scent og garlic in them.

4. I also made berry smoothies for dessert. Purple everywhere. 😉

5. Where I am. One new book is with my agent. The second book in my series is with my editor. And the ideas for the next book in the series are just brimming. The first sentence is already there.

Five things I thought about during my morning run:

1. Tis a gorgeous morning. I planned to go to Yoga instead of run. But I couldn’t resist taking a run OUTSIDE!

2. As I started out there was a heavy mist around the mountains, the fiery sun was straight ahead and the streets glowed.

3. There’s nothing like a good sweat in the slight chill of morning.

4. One foot in front of the other. Yes, indeed.

5. Still, as I revel in the beauty of this morning, I’m worried about my friends and family dealing with the storm. Hope you all are warm.

Five things I thought about during my morning run:

1. My hot date with my favorite guy this afternoon. We are going to see
Romeo and Juliet and eat Shenandoah Pizza.
2. It's bloody hot. I waited too long to get out here.
3. One thigh. One knee. One hip. Little pains. Here and there.
4. Yesterday, Emma's audition was in the old Books-a-Million at the
mall. I tried to sit and wait for her, but kept being wracked by
coughing fits. Must be mold–which I am horribly allergic to.
5. Sweat soaked and happy. Very happy these days.

Five things I thought about during my morning run:

1. Blooms and blossoms blowing the the wind this morning.
2. Teeny tiny droplets of rain hitting my skin, then going away.
3. Trying to focus on the moment, one foot in front of the other, but my
"to do" list keeps popping into my brain.
4. Had such a wonderful time last night at Marijean's house and my date,
Mary, was fabulous. Met some interesting women. I hope to see them
again soon–other than just on Twitter and Facebook. 😉 Great food,
wonderful company, can't get much better than that. thanks for including
5.Sweat pouring out of me. Heart beating strong. A space in my day
that's just for me. Hope you get that, too.

Five things I thought about during my morning run:

1. It's very cold out here, but I can't stand another Wii run.
2. Hard to work up a sweat, but my heart is beating fast.
3. Grateful for the work I got in today.
4. So many crows out here this morning. Tink is intrigued. But I told her she didn't want to get mixed up with a crow.
5. Eric loves crows. He used to feed them in our backyard. But I put a
stop to it. They are so noisy and it freaked me out to see a bunch of
them in our yard. Sorry, not a good idea to feed crows.
