Catch Me if You Can

I love this shot that Christy Majors snapped at the Our Lady of Angels Monastery, Crozet, Va., where they the nuns make incredible Gouda cheese. You can see it's not all about the verdant hills and grazing cattle. These women have machines—and they know how to use them. The article about the cheese-making nuns is in the newest issue of Flavor Magazine. One of the questions I asked the nuns, of course, was if they eat pie. Of course they do—and they love it.
