1. Okay. So I'm a mess. That big time editor is reading my fiction
manuscript this weekend. So, I hardly slept, barely ate at the
restaurant last night. And haven't eaten yet this morning.
2. Family is gone for the day. They went to Westernport to see Eric's parents.
3. So here's the thing: I never wanted to be a the kind of a mom
cracking the whip on her children keeping their rooms clean and stuff.
I think a lot of energy can be wasted there. But this morning when I
went in Emma's room I kind of lost it. No less than six towels on her
floor. Not a good way to start the day.
4. All the stuff I had to put aside while Emma was home sick needs to get done today.
5. Holding Owen last night was lovely. Such a sweetie. I told Eric
about it and he said "Don't even think about it…That ship has
sailed." In OH so many ways. lol. But I think I should start
encouraging my younger friends to have more. Mwhaaahaaa!
