i mollie, i run · December 27, 2009

Five things I thought about during my morning run:

1. So GOOD to be out here this morning. The air is cool and crisp. The sun is out. Very little ice around.
2. Okay, so we've gotten this Wii thing as a gift this year. It's been a blast. But we also have the Wii fit, which has Yoga on it. I'm going to try it out later, but I don't get how you would do Yoga on that board thing.
3. Eric and the girls have another week off and things are getting strange around here.
4. I'm thinking about Tempting Will again. I think I have another idea for it, but I am going to let it bubble for awhile.
5. I am really enjoying this Zen podcast that India told me about. I'm going to try to catch it more often.

Thanks. I’ve been doing the step programs and the runs and cool down by doing a few of the Yoga poses. So far, so good.

It was a nice cool morning which is perfect for running so I took advantage of the weather. It was a picture perfect morning heading back home with the sunrise in front of me. Ahh…it was worth getting up early.
