Mollie Cox Bryan

i mollie, i run · March 12, 2010

Five things I thought about during my morning walk:

1. I FOUND MY KEYS!!!!! It was exactly what I thought–they must have
fallen out of my pocket during a run. Now that the snow has melted, I
found them along the road. 😉
2. Pretty little pine cones.
3. Not running again. In fact, my walk is short. I have an early morning
appointment with the doctor about my hip. Maybe I can run later…
4. So wet and lush.
5. So strange. I don't know what to say. But last night at the school
two people that I haven't seen in awhile told me I look bad. Seriously.
"You don't look right," one woman said. The other one said, "Are you
sick or something?" What do you say to that? Seriously-I had even put
some make-up on before heading off to the school. Eric said maybe I am
wearing my hip pain on my face. When you are in pain, it IS exhausting.
But jeez.
