i mollie, i run · March 21, 2010

Five things I thought about during my morning run:

1. The Virginia Festival of the Book. Looked like a huge success.
2. Chatting with romance authors yesterday who were selling the e-books
on CD. Great idea for marketing e-books in person. They were selling
like crazy.
3. Eric took the girls to the maple festival yesterday and they came back
loaded down with goodies. I love those maple donuts.
4. Donuts always remind me of home. I've not found any donuts as good as
Mac's in Aliquippa, Pa.
5. One of my first jobs was at a truck stop. I worked in the ice cream
and donut section that was only open in the summer. I was fired because I
was a little too creative with the donuts. Too many sprinkles and
experimental flavors. 😉
