i mollie, i run · April 16, 2010

Five things I thought about during my morning run:

1. One foot in front of the other. That's all. Yet, sometimes it feels
like I am kicking sand, or wading in a swamp.
2. Good news about Maggie Rae. We writers hold on to every little piece
of hope. We have to. Turns out the editor at a major house who loved
Tempting Will but ultimately had to reject it, is VERY KEEN to see
Maggie Rae. I am thrilled about that. I sense that he would be an
awesome editor to work with–that's what I'm looking for.
3.The real estate agent meeting yesterday was kind of a disappointment.
The market is full of houses in our price range and the market is tough.
We are going to talk with another agent Just for another opinion.
4. "Who have I become, my sweetest friend? Everyone goes way, in the
end."
5.Neighbor says she's going to invite us over to sit on her porch and
sip margaritas. Now, that's my kind of neighbor.
