Mollie Cox Bryan

i mollie, i run · April 24, 2010

Five things I thought about during my morning run:

1. Teeny yellow leaves (maybe buds?) all over the deep gray pavement.
2. I love Roanoke. But I am glad to be home.
3. So good to meet some writers from another part of the state. And
really good to hear such great stories about Mrs. Rowe's.
4. Going to take Emma to acting class this morning and meet Nicole at
the Darjeeling. It will be soooo good to see her.
5. Running in the misty rain has become one of my favorite times. The
coolness of it on my skin. The mist around the mountains. Breathing it
all in.
