Mollie Cox Bryan

i mollie, i run · April 25, 2010

Five things I thought about during my late morning run:

1. Damn. It's almost like a sauna out here. Thank goodness for the
breeze.
2. So much easier for me to run in the EARLY morning.
3. May Day. Beltane. Dancing around a May Pole.
4. One of my favorite herbs, Sweet Woodruff, is going to town out there
in my garden. Traditionally, you place a sprig of it into May wine,
which is made one a year and you really have to look for it. I usually
find it as a German wine.
5. Off to see Pippin this afternoon.

Wow, it’s that hot already there? We’re still in the “pleasantly cool” phase of the year. It’ll last until about October. 🙂

Yes. It was hot and then cool and then hot. All in one day.
