Mollie Cox Bryan

i mollie, i run · August 3, 2010

Five things I thought about during my morning run:

1. Sun beams on the mountains, coming through a blanket of gray clouds.
2. Packing a picnic lunch today and meeting Eric at the museum. I'm leaving the packing to the girls. Should be interesting.
3. If I don't get a day of writing in soon, I will explode.
4. The trouble with running is that it makes me very hungry. Reminds me of one of Mrs. Rowe's expressions: "I'm so hungry my big ones are eating my little ones."
5. Sometimes I miss her. When I was writing about her, after she passed, I kept thinking I saw her in the grocery stores and farmer's markets. And I had truly bizarre dreams about her the whole time I was trying to get her story.
