Five things I thought about during my morning run:

1. Okay. Yeah. I can do this. Even in this oppressive heat.

2. My hips and knees love it.

3. I love the almost instant sweat.

4. Okay. Nah. Don't WANT to do it. I can't breath. I feel sick.

5. Half a run is better than no run.
