Mollie Cox Bryan

i mollie, i run · August 23, 2010

Five things I thought about during my morning run:

1. It's much harder for me to run if I wait until I put Emma on the bus. I don't know why.

2.
But I do like the staggered schedule in the afternoon. Tess gets home
about 45 minutes before Emma, which gives us time to visit and maybe get
some homework done.

3. The Ren Fair was sort of beat. I mean it
was okay. The girls liked it. But it was very small. And the food was
pretty bad. But the highlight of the day was this man traveling around
the fair in nothing but animal skins covering his "parts."

4. Then
we stopped in at the book fair. I bought 2 mysteries— Veronica, by
Nicholas Christopher, and Nursery Crimes by Ayelet Waldman. Both writers
are Harvard graduates. Interesting.

5. I'm still laughing about
an email I received yesterday from India and am pleased to report I
didn't have nightmares over it. 😉
