Five things I thought about during my morning walk:

1. Black cat slinking through the grass.

2. Eric being home today.

3. Pie. What a great Pie Fest yesterday. I love the fact that Holly baked a pie. She talked about she and her mother making pie together. That Mary. What a good mama. xxx

4. Marijean. Loved that butterscotch pecan pie.

5. I hope that The Pie Fest is continued next year–I love the people, the charity, everything about it. But I did miss Steve Whitaker. What happened to Steve?
