Five things I thought about during my morning run:

1. Several of my “old guys” at the gym today. One looks like Hemingway, another looks like Faulkner.

2. I think I’d much rather hang out with Hemingway. Even though he was sexist, at least he’d get to the point. I’m afraid I wouldn’t last two minutes with Faulkner.

3. Though I do appreciate his writing.

4. In any case, I’m staying away from both of the look-a-likes today. Focused.

5. I won’t be checking in as much on my blog and FB, friends. It’s summer. My girls are home. I like spending time with them. So between the work on my books and spending time with them, I will blog when I can. But I’m sure I’ll disappear from time to time.
