Blog, i mollie, i run · July 22, 2011

Five things I thought about during my morning run:

1. Really? It’s this hot out this early?

2. My body–joints, muscles, skin, loves this heat. But my chest and sinuses do not.

3. Just breathe.

4.  Sweat.

5. Going the distance. But that’s it. I’m in for the day.
