Five things I thought about during my morning run:

1. What a glorious morning. Blue sky. Crisp air.

2. So much to do today. But it’s good to run first, clear my head, then roll up my sleeves.

3. Really looking forward to my family vacation. We’ve not had one in a long time!

4. Forsythia. Yellow buds. Spring.

5. My joints ache. They really don’t like the pavement. But my spirit soars.
